Egypt declares ceasefire agreed in Gaza conflict

After eight days of fierce fighting, Foreign Minister Mohamed Amr says ceasefire between Israel, Hamas will go into effect at 9 pm Wednesday. Obama calls Netanyahu, lauds him for agreeing to truce. PM: More forceful action if it fails.
