Syrian rebels claim capacity to produce chemical weapons
The Free Syrian Army has all the components for producing chemical weapons and the knowhow to use them if necessary, said the political adviser of the FSA, Bassam Al-Dada to the Turkey's state-run Anatolia news agency. “If we ever use them, we will only hit the regime's bases and centers,” Al-Dada said, stressing that the Syrian opposition would only use chemical weapons if the ruling regime did so first.
