Nuclear watchdog visit to Tehran postponed

Tehran postponed without explanation an inspection visit by UN nuclear agency monitors. Scheduled for next week it was postponed to Feb 8. Daily nuclear watchdog inspections with access to two nuclear facilities and a flow of information were promised under the interim nuclear accord signed in Geneva on Nov. 24. Only one such visit is believed to have taken place since then.
